​Arthur Freyre

​Arthur Freyre is an attorney and serves as a Program Administrator with the Global Liberty Alliance where he oversees projects in Latin America and the Caribbean. Prior to the Alliance, Arthur practiced law full-time at Poblete Tamargo LLP. He has practiced before U.S. Federal Courts, state courts, and administrative judges. A longtime resident of Miami-Dade County, Freyre moved to Virginia in 2019 to pursue a long-time goal of working in law and public policy. Arthur involved with his local church and resides in Alexandria, Virginia.
