Jorge rafael Alfonso, Jr.

Jorge Rafael Alfonso, Jr. is the Summer Law Clerk for GLA. Jorge comes from Cuban heritage, with his parents both fleeing the island at the age of 11. Jorge received his B.S. from University of Central Florida, majoring in Legal Studies and minoring in Criminal Justice. He is currently a third year law student at Florida State University (FSU). Jorge has worked at the Florida State Capitol, the Florida Supreme Court, the Veteran’s Legal Clinic at FSU, and for several private law firms. He is interested in public service, our great military, and both foreign and domestic politics.
