The Global Liberty Alliance has signed on to a letter that includes diverse groups of civil society leaders representing various faiths that have united in offering prayers and support to two evangelical Christians in Finland who are undergoing their third trial. The Global Liberty Alliance has signed on to a letter that includes diverse groups of civil society leaders representing various faiths that have united in offering prayers and support to two evangelical Christians in Finland who are undergoing their third trial.

These individuals are facing legal challenges for expressing their personally held beliefs that contradict Biblical teachings, a stance that prosecutors have labeled as "War Crimes and Crimes Against Humanity." 

​As discussed in the letter, despite twice being unanimously declared not guilty at the Helsinki District Court and the Helsinki Court of Appeals, the prosecutor has filed another appeal, potentially forcing a third trial at Finland’s Supreme Court.
